Follow these intructions as you look at the animation
Step by Step Instructions
 

  1. Turn your body 90° to the left while sliding out with your left foot forward into a High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Low section Block

  2. Slide your right foot forward into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Middle Punch.

  3. Turn your body 180° to the right while pivoting on the ball of your left foot into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Low section Block

  4. Slide your left foot forward into a Left Front Stanceand execute a Left-Hand Middle Punch

  5. Turn your body 90° to the left while sliding out with your left foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Middle section Block (outside to inside)

  6. Step forward into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Middle section Block (outside to inside)

  7. Turn your body 90° to the left, sliding your left foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Left Hand Low section Block

  8. Execute a Right Front Kick and step forward with your right foot into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand High Punch

  9. Turn your body 180° to the right ( pivoting on the ball of your left foot) forward into a Right High Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Right-Hand Low section Block

  10. Execute a Left Front Kick and step forward with your left foot into a Left Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand High Punch

  11. Turn your body 90° to the left sliding out into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand High section Block

  12. Slide your right foot forward into Right High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand High section Block

  13. Turn your body 270° to the left (pivot on the ball of your right foot)forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Right-hand Middle section Block (outside to inside

  14. Turn your body 180° to the right (pivot on the ball of your left foot) into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Middle section Block (outside to inside)

  15. Turn your body 90° to the left while pivoting on the ball of your right foot assuming a Left High Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Left-Hand Low section Block

  16. Execute a Right Front Kick step forward into Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Middle section Punch

  17. Execute a Left Front Kick step forward into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Middle section Punch

  18. Execute a Right Front Kick step forward into Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Middle section Punch and YELL!

    While turning your body 180° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball of your right foot and slide your left foot around behind the right foot into a Ready Stance
