- Turn your body 90° to the left while sliding out with your left foot forward into a High Front Stance and -at the same time- execute a Left-Hand Low Block
- Slide your right foot forward into a Right-High Front Stance and execute a Right-Hand Middle Punch.
- Turn your body 180° to the right while pivoting on the ball of your left foot and stepping out with your right foot forward into a Right High Front Stance simultaneously executing a Right-Hand Low Block
- Slide your left foot forward into a Left High Front Stance/simultaneously executing a Left-Hand Middle Punch
- Turn your body 90° to the left while sliding out with your left foot forward into a Left Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Left-Hand Low Block
- Staying on the Left Front Stance execute a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Punch
*5 and 6 should be executed rapidly and in continuous motion
- While turning your face and body 90° to the right, pivot to the right on the ball of your left foot and slide your right foot forward into a Right High Front Stance and -at the same time- execute a Left Hand Middle Block (outside to inside)
- Slide your left foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Reverse Right-Hand Middle Punch
- Turn your body 180° to the left while pivoting on the ball of your right foot and sliding out with left foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Right Hand Middle Block (outside to inside)
- Step forward into a Right High Front Stance and execute a Reverse Left Hand Middle Punch
- Turn your body 90° to the right while sliding out with your right foot forward into a Right Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Right Hand Low Block
- Maintain the Right Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Reverse Middle Punch
*11 and 12 should be performed in a rapid, continuous motion.
- While turning your face and body 90° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball of your right foot and slide your left foot forward into a Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-hand High Block
- Execute a Right Front Kick, assume a Right Front Stance and -at the same time- execute a Right-Hand Middle Punch
- Turn your body 180 to the right while pivoting on the ball of your left foot assuming a Right High Front Stance and simultaneously execute a Right-Hand High Block
- Execute a Left Front Kick, assume a Left High Front Stance and execute a Left-Hand Middle Punch
- While turning your face and body to the right, pivot to the right on the ball of your right foot and assume a Left Front Stance simultaneously executing a Left Hand Low Block
- Slide your right foot forward into a Right Front Stance executing a Right-Hand Middle Punch, and Yell
*17 and 18 should be performed in a rapid, continuous motion.
While turning your face and body 180° to the left, pivot to the left on the ball of your right foot and slide your left foot around behind the right foot into a Ready Stance
